Clinical Research Doctor – Head & Neck

Role Overview

The post holder will work in the Head & Neck Unit (Medical Oncology) across the Sutton and Chelsea sites of the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust, reporting to Prof Chris Nutting, Research Lead for the Head & Neck Unit. The team includes Prof Kevin Harrington, Dr Shree Bhide, Dr Kate Newbold, Dr Kee Wong and Dr Ben O’Leary.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expertise in the medical oncological management of Head & Neck cancers.
• Attend outpatient clinics; no routine inpatient or on‑call duties.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and contribute to clinical care and research.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical oncology management of Head & Neck cancers.
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to patient‑centred care.
• Ability to work across multiple sites and develop own expertise.
