The Role
- Supporting and deputising for the Home Manager
- Oversee the delivery of high quality clinical and pastoral care
- Serve as the home’s nurse expert, combining nursing, managerial and leadership skills
- Maintain the highest levels of clinical governance
- Regularly review auditing practices and procedures
- Lead care plan development and assessments

- An NMC Registered Nurse
- Understands clinical assessment tools such as Waterlow and MUST
- Good understanding of care planning processes
- Experienced in writing comprehensive care plans
- Determined to drive continuous improvement
