  • Supporting and deputising for the Home Manager
  • Oversee the delivery of high quality clinical and pastoral care
  • Serve as the home’s nurse expert, combining nursing, managerial and leadership skills
  • Maintain the highest levels of clinical governance
  • Regularly review auditing practices and procedures
  • Lead care plan development and assessments

About You

  • An NMC Registered Nurse
  • Understands clinical assessment tools such as Waterlow and MUST
  • Good understanding of care planning processes
  • Experienced in writing comprehensive care plans
  • Determined to drive continuous improvement
