The Role
You’ll take ownership of PPC campaigns end-to-end, from planning and builds through to optimisation and reporting. You’ll also collaborate with SEO, content and analytics teams to make sure performance stays strong and insights turn into action.
- Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Own keyword research and build effective bidding/targeting strategies
- Write and test ad copy to improve CTR and conversion rate
- Monitor budgets, bids, and performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS/CPA)
- Optimise campaigns continuously to maximise ROI
- Produce clear performance reports and insights for clients/internal teams
- Stay on top of platform updates, trends, and best practice
What You Bring
- 2+ years hands-on PPC experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics
- Confident with keyword research, testing, and optimisation
- Data-led mindset — able to turn numbers into clear actions
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative
