Laser Field Service Engineer

Basic Salary up to £45,000 DOE + Door‑to‑Door + Overtime + Van + OEM Training + Excellent Company Benefits.

Field‑based role located in the North East – commutable from Newcastle upon Tyne, Sunderland, Middlesbrough, Darlington, Durham, or Consett.

Overview

Join a global, industry‑leading OEM as a Laser or CNC Field Service Engineer. This role offers specialist training, a chance to progress to a senior‑level engineer, and the opportunity to significantly increase earnings through overtime and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Service, fault‑find, repair and install advanced Laser machinery and machine tools.
• Work on a 50:50 split of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Travel door‑to‑door for regular maintenance visits and emergency repairs, with significant overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experienced Laser or CNC Field Service Engineer.
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault‑finding skills.
• Driven to progress into a senior or specialist engineering role and motivated to increase earnings through overtime and bonuses.
