Land Surveyor Setting Out Engineer

WE’RE HIRING – LAND SURVEYOR / SETTING OUT ENGINEER Leeds Area (with travel) A leading civil engineering contractor is looking for an experienced Land Surveyor / Setting Out Engineer to support a variety of projects across Leeds and the surrounding region. This is a great opportunity for a driven professional ready to progress their career.

The Role

• Carrying out topographical and measured building surveys
• Setting out for civil engineering and construction projects
• Using GPS, Total Stations, and surveying software
• Maintaining accuracy, quality control, and site compliance
• Working closely with site managers and project teams
• Travelling to sites across Leeds and occasionally further afield

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in land surveying and/or setting out
• Proficiency with Leica, Trimble, or similar equipment
• Strong understanding of construction drawings
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
