Mechanical Supervisor (Contract)

Location: Oxford

Pay: £300 per day

Contract: 3‑Month (May Start)

Working hours: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm

The Role

• Supervising mechanical works on a residential project
• Overseeing site operatives and subcontractors
• Managing final fix, snagging, and commissioning
• Ensuring works are completed to a high standard and in line with the programme
• Coordinating with site management and other trades

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor
• Background in residential projects
• Experience with commissioning and project handover
• SSSTS – essential
• Strong organisational and communication skills
