A growing HR Consultancy business is recruiting for a HR Consultant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys variety, autonomy, and building strong client relationships.

What you'll be doing

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on all aspects of HR & employment law
  • Manage complex employee relations casework (disciplinary, grievance, redundancy etc.)
  • Deliver practical, commercially focused HR solutions
  • Support recruitment, HR audits, and policy development
  • Build client relationships and contribute to business growth

Requirements

CIPD Level 5 with HR experience and strong ER expertise. Strong UK Employment Law knowledge is required. You will be a confident communicator who can influence and challenge. Experience of working in consultancy or a multi-client environment would be ideal.

This role offers real variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a genuine impact across a diverse client base. If you enjoy working independently but also to have the support of a team this position is ideal.
