Deutsche Bank’s Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team is responsible for winning debt capital markets business and providing expertise to frequent and prospective issuers in partnership with Investment Banking Coverage and the Institutional Client Group. You will be part of the Capital Solutions team, responsible for structuring, origination and execution of primary market transactions and providing debt capital markets expertise to clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Origination, structuring, advisory and execution of primary market debt transactions.
  • Pitching ideas and solutions to large and complex clients.
  • Identifying new business opportunities across the region.
  • Preparing client materials and handling transaction documentation.
  • Supporting and developing key client relationships.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and internal policy requirements.
  • Working closely with Syndicate, Coverage, and Legal teams.

Your Skills And Experience

  • Strong regulatory capital and debt capital markets expertise.
  • Strong understanding of macro‑economic and regulatory drivers affecting capital markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and deepen client relationships.
  • Broad understanding of rating agency methodologies.
  • Strong quantitative skills and the ability to interpret business and economic data and assess their implications for client requirements.
  • Fluency in another European language.
