- Execute FTSE Russell’s sales strategy, focusing on long‑term growth through strong client relationships and continuous market penetration across the UK and key Continental European markets
What you’ll bring
- 5–7 years sales experience in financial services, ideally within index, institutional, or buy‑side environments
- Demonstrated hunter mindset with a track record of new‑business overachievement, alongside strong account‑management capabilities

- Experience covering major Continental European markets with an understanding of regional commercial dynamics and client types
- Extensive senior‑level relationship‑management experience across CIOs, Heads of Product, Portfolio Managers, and Distribution/Sales leadership within asset‑management firms
- Employs a data‑driven, targeted approach to prospecting, whitespace identification, and territory planning
- Able to simplify deal structures and overcome client objections to accelerate time‑to‑close
- Self‑starter who brings creativity, initiative, and commercial drive to originate new opportunities and deepen existing relationships
- A collaborative teammate who balances firm interests and acts as a strong steward of FTSE Russell’s brand and values
