A luxury design agency with offices across London, Paris and Singapore is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their London team. With a strong pipeline of new business and global projects landing across the agency, this is a chance to work at the intersection of premium branding, retail experience, packaging and communications. The Role:

Lead and manage key client accounts across spirits and luxury brands

Oversee projects spanning branding, packaging, retail, brand campaigns, communications and experiential

Build trusted client relationships and act as a senior day-to-day contact

Work closely with strategy, design and creative teams to ensure seamless project delivery

Manage timelines, budgets, workflow and stakeholder expectations

Support on new business opportunities and organic account growth

What they’re looking for:

Proven experience in account management within a creative, branding or design agency

Background working with luxury, premium or drinks brands

Experience across multiple channels – packaging, retail, brand campaigns, communications, experiential

A hands-on, solutions-focused mindset

Comfortable working autonomously within a small, collaborative team

Naturally proactive, adaptable and entrepreneurial in approach

Interest in spirits/drinks branding is a major plus

French language skills are advantageous but not essential
