Location: Manchester – minimum of 2 days per week in the office Salary: From £33,000 + 10% discretionary bonus Level: Senior Executive level, sitting just below Manager, with scope across campaign delivery and execution

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Client Executive to join our Co‑op Media Network team. In this role, you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of campaigns, supporting the development of insight‑led media plans while coordinating across clients, Co‑op stakeholders and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing campaigns from briefing through to activation and reporting

  • Supporting the development and execution of omni‑channel media plans

  • Scheduling and implementing digital campaigns across e‑commerce, social and other platforms

  • Maintaining accurate campaign trackers, bookings and performance data

  • Owning campaign briefing and asset management in line with retailer guidelines

  • Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns on time

  • Monitoring campaign performance and contributing to reporting and insights

  • Keeping timelines, documentation and stakeholders aligned throughout delivery

  • Building strong relationships with clients, Co‑op stakeholders and partners

  • Identifying risks, solving problems and improving processes proactively

  • Testing and exploring new digital opportunities to drive innovation

  • Supporting and guiding junior team members

A Little Bit About You

  • Experience in campaign delivery, media planning, digital media or a similar client‑facing role

  • Good understanding of digital channels such as e‑commerce, social and retail media platforms

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities

  • Excellent attention to detail across campaign setup, assets and processes

  • Confidence working with multiple stakeholders across internal teams, clients and partners

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to brief, update and align stakeholders clearly

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, changing environment

  • A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving skills

  • Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members is desirable

  • Commercial awareness and understanding of campaign performance drivers
