The position offers a unique opportunity to lead health and safety practice within a rapidly expanding renewable energy company, known for high‑quality Solar PV and battery installation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead health and safety practices across the business
• Ensure compliance with UK and company policies
• Serve as the first point of contact for all health and safety queries
• Develop and implement health and safety policies
• Conduct site inspections and train staff and contractors on health and safety practices

Qualifications

• Health and Safety Manager experience
• Background in Construction and/or Renewable Energy
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong leadership and managerial experience
