External Sales Executive Required BAPP Industrial Supplies (Barnsley) Covering Sheffield & Rotherham area

About the Role

We are currently looking for a full Field Sales Executive to work within a well-established team covering Sheffield & Rotherham area.

Duties will include

• Proactively speak to customers on a daily basis.
• Book face‑to‑face meetings with customers.
• Supporting the relevant internal sales representative by developing and maintaining relationships with personnel at all levels.
• Be a main point of contact to ensure a smooth process for customers.
• Represent the company to the customer in a professional and efficient manner through effective account management techniques, telephone and email contact.
• Ensure the timely delivery of sales proposals/quotes and solutions to meet customer needs and objectives.
• Attend meetings as and when required including and not limited to weekly and quarterly sales team, operations and tender meetings.
• Must be flexible within the role.

Requirements

• Two years internal/external sales experience. (Required)
• Fastener/industrial supplies knowledge (Advantage not essential)
• Must be able to work as part of a team in a busy environment.
• Highly organised, conscientious and keen to deliver a high level of Customer Service.
• Self‑motivated with good attention to detail.
• Flexibility and willingness to work hard.
• Reliable with the desire to exceed expectations.
• Legal right to work in the UK with a valid passport.
