The RoleYou will work as part of a maintenance team responsible for planned preventative and reactive maintenance across plant, machinery and control systems.Key responsibilities include:Carrying out hands-on electrical maintenance on plant and equipmentFault finding across control systems and PLCsIsolating plant and equipment safelyResponding to unplanned breakdowns to meet reliability targetsCompleting job cards and maintenance system updatesWorking to strict safe systems of work and permit proceduresSupporting operational teams to ensure efficient vessel loading & dischargeLiaising with contractors and internal stakeholdersFlexibility is essential due to the operational nature of the site, including occasional nights and weekends. xwzovoh
About YouWe are looking for someone with:Time served Electrician statusHNC / ONC in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) or Apprentice trainedExperience maintaining plant & machinery in heavy industrial environments (e.g. mining, quarrying, process, manufacturing)Strong knowledge of control systems & PLCsExcellent fault-finding abilityExperience working safely under pressure in busy environmentsUnderstanding of permit-to-work systemsFull UK driving licenceAbility to work at heightsYou will be proactive, safety-focused and capable of planning your own workload effectively.
