Technical Support Engineer - Electronics

£40,000 - £44,000 + Training + Progression + Excellent Benefits

Coventry (Commutable from Birmingham, Leicester, Rugby, Nuneaton, Warwick, Solihull)

You'll play a key role in maintaining and improving testing equipment, supporting production teams, and driving quality through root cause analysis and process improvements. The position offers a mix of hands-on technical work and continuous improvement initiatives, making it ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving and developing systems.

This role would suit someone with experience in electronic or hardware testing who is looking to develop technically while gaining exposure to international engineering standards and progression opportunities.

The Role:

• Maintain, troubleshoot and optimise testing equipment, ensuring reliability and performance
• Support production and quality through root cause analysis, process improvement, documentation, and user training
• Mon - Fri 37.5 hours/week with flexible hours

The Person:

• Experience in hardware testing or electronic equipment
• Background in maintenance or servicing of electrical or electronic systems
