About you... A natural leader with a passion for detail, cleanliness, and service excellence.

Experience supervising in a luxury hotel or similar high-standard environment.

Tech-savvy and comfortable using hotel systems like KYC for communication and tracking.

Confident managing daily operations and motivating teams to consistently deliver.

Positive, proactive, and flexible with a 24-hour operational mindset.

Clear communicator who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

What youll do... Lead daily team briefings and allocate room assignments based on arrivals, VIPs, and guest preferences.

Ensure public areas, guest rooms, and employee spaces meet luxury standards.

Supervise inspections, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement.

Collaborate closely with Front Desk and Engineering to ensure seamless operations.

Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care.

Maintain supplies, manage team schedules, and uphold all safety and cleanliness protocols.
