This is a *Manchester* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working to *Manage complex calendars, meetings, and leadership schedules.*

Overview

Our client is looking for an experienced Executive Business Partner to support a VP and/or Senior Director with high-level administrative, operational, and business support.

This role is focused on helping senior leadership manage priorities, business operations, communication, and stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, meetings, and leadership schedules.
• Support business planning, leadership cadence, and operational priorities.
• Coordinate leadership team meetings, agendas, actions, and follow-ups.
• Manage inboxes and communications on behalf of senior leaders.
• Support onboarding activities and administrative processes.
• Handle systems and operational tasks including Workday, Concur, purchase orders, and vendor management.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and meeting preparation.
• Support hiring processes and leadership administration.
• Assist with internal communications, leadership events, offsites, and business updates.
• Identify process improvements and support project delivery initiatives.

Requirements

• 5-8 years experience in executive support, administration, or business operations.
• Experience working in a large or multinational organisation preferred.
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong discretion handling confidential information.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace tools (Calendar, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
