The role involves carrying out detailed cleans after tenants vacate properties, ensuring homes are ready for inspections and new occupants.

Duties include:

• Deep cleaning vacant residential properties

• Cleaning kitchens, ovens, cupboards, and internal surfaces

• Bathroom sanitising, descaling, and mould removal

• Cleaning windows, doors, skirting boards, and flooring

• Preparing properties to professional handover standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning experience

• Ability to work independently and efficiently

• Own cleaning equipment and supplies required

• Reliable transport essential

• Ability to communicate clearly in English

Additional Information:

• Work is mainly available on weekdays

• Most bookings last between 4–8 hours depending on property size

• Occasional weekend work may be offered

• Pay rate: £15 per hour
