Italian-Speaking Paid Media Manager (Remote – UK)


About the Role

We are seeking a talented Italian-speaking Paid Media Manager to join our international digital marketing team. This remote UK-based role will focus on managing and optimising paid media campaigns targeting Italian-speaking audiences across multiple digital platforms.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Italian and English, performance-focused, and experienced in delivering measurable growth through PPC and paid social campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • YouTube
  • Programmatic advertising platforms
  • Manage campaign budgets and performance against KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
  • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting for Italian-speaking markets
  • Write and localise ad copy in Italian and English
  • Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights and performance reports
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform changes, and competitor activity
  • Ensure campaigns align with brand and compliance standards


Requirements

  • Fluent/native Italian and professional English proficiency
  • 3+ years’ experience in Paid Media or Performance Marketing
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Google Ads
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Proven experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and optimisation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Agency experience is a plus


Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads Certifications
  • Experience targeting EMEA or Italian markets
  • Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and attribution modelling
  • Experience with Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar reporting tools

Salary
