Contract: PermanentSalary: Competitive salary up to 90,000 per annum, depending on experienceThe ESG Reporting Manager will lead the production, governance and continuous improvement of Thames Waters ESGrelated reports, disclosures, and data submissions. This includes responsibility for our Annual Sustainability Report, climaterelated disclosures (e.g., TCFD and UK Adaptation Reporting Power), the UK Sustainability Reporting Standards (SRS), UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) reporting, and other ESGrelated outputs.

The role ensures Thames Water meets evolving external sustainability disclosure requirements, supports credible, transparent communication of our progress, promotes accurate ESG scoring by ratings agencies, and embeds enhanced ESG reporting capabilities across the organisation. It will provide strategic oversight of enterprisewide ESG performance, ensuring that reporting insights directly inform business planning, investment decisions and longterm risk management.

To be successful, the role requires strong analytical capability, excellent stakeholder engagement, effective coordination across technical and corporate teams, a proactive understanding of external ESG standards, and the ability to adopt new ways of working to maximise impact and value.
