Were looking for a confident, personable Coffee Bar Supervisor to lead our busy weekday coffee bars in the heart of Canary Wharf. If youre passionate about great coffee, love bringing people together, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, wed love to meet you.

What youll do:

• Lead and support the barista team, creating a positive, collaborative atmosphere

• Maintain high standards of service and product quality

• Work confidently with digital systems and POS tills

• Ensure smooth daily operations, from opening routines to stock control

• Deliver a welcoming, professional customer experience

What were looking for:

• Strong communication and people skills

• Barista training and hands-on coffee bar experience

• Experience using digital POS tills

• A natural team motivator with a calm, confident presence

• Coffee certification is a bonus, but not essential
