About the role
Tennyson Lodge is a lively, welcoming day service where no two days are the same. We support adults with learning disabilities to live full, meaningful livesbuilding confidence, developing independence, and having fun along the way.
As a Support Worker, youll play a key part in creating a positive, inclusive environment where people feel valued, empowered and supported to achieve their goals. Whether its leading creative activities, encouraging new skills, or supporting someone to engage with their community, youll help make every day purposeful and rewarding.

The day centre is open Monday-Friday 9am-4pm and the working hours are 8.50am-5.10pm Mondays and 8.50am-4pm Tuesday-Friday. The hours are subject to change depending on service need.
The starting pay for the posts is 13.45 per hour and this role is for 22.7 hours per week across these shifts each week on a rota that is set in advance.
