As a Resource & Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting diverse operational repairs and maintenance teams with varying demands, with responsibility for the day-to-day scheduling of work for operatives and surveyors. This role plays an important part in ensuring that works particularly those relating to damp and mould are managed and delivered within required timeframes, supporting our compliance with Awaabs Law and our commitment to prioritising customer health and safety.
Some duties will include maintaining accurate records and keeping spreadsheets up to date (so youll be confident using Excel), as well as using our systems to ensure that works are correctly booked and progressed, so you will need to be comfortable working across multiple systems.
You will provide advice to customers and work closely with colleagues and contractors, building strong working relationships to ensure the best possible outcomes. This includes helping to prioritise and coordinate urgent cases effectively in line with our regulatory and service standards.
We'llprovide you with a structured training programme, learning alongside members of the team, enabling you to offer technical, specialist support to our operational colleagues.
About you
Your experience Youllhave some experience working in a planning and co-ordination role with the ability to manage a demanding and fluctuating workload. Planning digital diaries in a repairs & maintenance setting will beadvantageous. The role is fast-pacedand priorities do change rapidly within each day. You will be adaptable and responsive to change.
Your skills Youllbe a confident user of IT & the Microsoft packages, specifically excel.Youllalso be confident using CRM databases.
Communication Youllbe a confident communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with internal colleagues,customersand contractorson a daily basis.
Customer service itsat the heart of everything wedoanditllbe a driver for you to deliver excellent customer service.
You can choose to work from the office or homethatsentirely up to you. Our operating offices are Devizes-Wiltshire, Andover-Hampshire, Wareham-Dorset & Frome-Somerset. You maybe requiredto attend an office for team meetings and training, soyou'llbe requiredto hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.
