Management Accountant

With continued growth and investment across the organisation, they are now seeking an Accountant to support financial operations, strengthen reporting processes, and partner closely with operational teams.

The Role

As the successful Accountant, you will be responsible for:

• Preparation of timely monthly and management reporting;
• Maintaining strong financial controls across the business;
• Bank reconciliations and cash management activities;
• Partnering with operational leaders across the organisation;
• Supporting debtor management and cash collection processes;
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives and finance system optimisation, particularly across Sage.

The Person:

The successful Accountant will meet the following criteria:

• Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA (or equivalent);
• Strong management accounting and financial control experience;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a continuous improvement mindset;
• Experience working with Sage or similar finance systems highly desirable.
