Healthcare Assistant (Full-Time Days and Nights) Location: Nursing Home, Ballynahinch Pay Rate: £13 Full-Time & Part-Time available About the Role: We are currently recruiting a Full-Time Care Assistants to join our dedicated care team in a nursing home based in Ballynahinch for Days and Nights. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in residents lives by providing high-quality care and support throughout the day. Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and toileting. Support residents with mobility and ensure comfort and safety throughout the day. Monitor and record residents wellbeing, reporting any concerns to senior staff. Maintain a clean, safe, and caring environment. Work collaboratively as part of a professional and compassionate team. Requirements: Previous experience in a healthcare or nursing home setting is desirable but not essential. A caring, empathetic, and patient attitude. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work day shifts and remain alert and focused throughout. Up-to-date training or willingness to complete training as required.
