About the Role
We're recruiting a H&S Manager for a leading Belfast-based manufacturing & electrical company. This is a key leadership role where you'll take ownership of Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality performance across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all Health & Safety compliance in line with HSENI legislation
- Manage and improve ISO systems )
- Conduct audits, risk assessments & incident investigations
- Drive a strong safety & quality culture across the site
- Oversee quality performance, CAPA & continuous improvement
- Ensure full environmental compliance & sustainability initiatives
What We're Looking For
- NEBOSH Certificate (Diploma desirable)
- Proven SHEQ / HSEQ experience in manufacturing or engineering
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards & H&S legislation
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
