About the Organisation

The Role
As Senior HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leadership teams to deliver strategic HR support across a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving organisational effectiveness, talent development, and change management initiatives.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business and operational objectives
- Leading workforce planning and organisational design initiatives to support continued growth
- Supporting leadership development and succession planning across key business areas
- Building talent pipelines for technical and leadership roles
- Driving employee engagement and organisational change initiatives
- Managing complex employee relations matters and ensuring compliance with employment legislation
- Partnering with operational leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support
- Collaborating with regional and global HR teams to share best practice and HR insights
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the HR function
The Ideal Candidate
- Chartered MCIPD qualified or equivalent
- Degree qualified in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline
- Proven experience operating at Senior HR Business Partner level within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and complex employee relations management
- Demonstrated experience in organisational development, change management, and workforce planning
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when required
