Telesales Executive
£26,000-£28,000 basic + £2,500 bonus
Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:15pm - Mallusk

As an Appointment Setter, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by engaging prospective customers and supporting the wider business development strategy. You will be confident initiating conversations, managing a pipeline of prospects and keeping CRM data accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with businesses of all sizes via outbound calls, email and LinkedIn
- Generate and nurture leads, booking quality appointments for the business development team
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets and KPIs
- Maintain regular contact with prospects and existing customers
- Accurately update and manage CRM records
About You
Essential
- Proven experience in outbound telesales, telemarketing or appointment setting
- Strong communication skills with a confident and engaging phone manner
- Ability to influence, negotiate and build rapport
- Previous experience using CRM systems
- Self-motivated, organised and target-driven
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs
- Ability to build long-term relationships with customers and colleagues
