POST: Project Manager / Business Analyst (Hybrid Role), Head Office, Derry~Londonderry

CONTRACT: 1x37hrs Permanent PLUS Reserve List

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a newly established and evolving Transformation Team, playing a key role at the outset of the organisation's change journey.

We are currently using a blend of home and office working from Head Office which remains under review.

Essential Criteria


A 3rd level qualification

Project management qualification (PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, Agile PM, or equivalent).

3 years proven experience in a hybrid Project Manager / Business Analyst capacity.

Experience delivering projects involving process improvement, digital systems, and organisational change.

Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design.

Experience developing project documentation including plans, risk logs, reports, and business cases.

Strong stakeholder engagement experience, including managing cross-functional teams.

Experience mapping and redesigning complex business processes.

Experience applying structured project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, APM PMI or equivalent).

Strong working knowledge of change management methodologies.

This is a regulated post and will be subject to a satisfactory Enhanced Access NI check. Please refer to attached link: AccessNI Code of Practice.
