  • Advise managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
  • Manage ER cases, absence, and occupational health referrals.
  • Advise and lead TUPE transfers
  • Ensure HR systems and data are accurate and compliant.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training compliance.
  • Promote diversity, engagement, and well-being initiatives.
  • Collaborate on resource planning and community outreach.
  • Participate in HR projects and cross-site activities.

About you

Skills & Experience

  • Proven HR advisory experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of employment legislation
  • Experience with HR systems
  • Organised, practical, and solution-focused

Qualifications

  • CIPD qualification Level 5 (essential)
  • HR experience in a fast paced industry (essential)
