The Role
- Running your own section to a high standard
- Working with fresh, quality ingredients
- Maintaining consistency, presentation, and pace during service
- Supporting junior team members as needed
- Upholding high food hygiene and kitchen standards
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
- A creative mindset with attention to detail
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop
- Ability to thrive in a busy service environment
- A strong team player with a passion for food
