  • 2-4 years' experience in payroll administration
  • Proven ability to process both weekly and monthly payrolls
  • Experience with temporary payroll transactions
  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance
  • Skilled in pensions and employee benefits administration
  • High accuracy and keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What you'll do

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple sites on weekly and monthly cycles
  • Administer temporary payrolls and ensure correct payments for temporary staff
  • Resolve payroll queries promptly and accurately
  • Maintain comprehensive payroll records and employee data
  • Administer pension schemes and employee benefits
  • Ensure compliance with HMRC legislation and payroll regulations
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate information
  • Prepare payroll reports and support audits as needed
