Site Manager NI based Interviewing ASAP

Up to £50,000, van etc

We are working with a successful NI contractor to recruit for their new Site Manager with work based in NI only!!!

Working on a range of new build projects as well as petrol station builds projects, you will be working across;

• Managing a mix of public & design/build projects
• Ensuring delivery of projects on time and too specification
• Overseeing and organising relevant trades and subcontractors on site
• Ensuring site safety and liaising with relevant bodies as required
• Attend and co-ordinate site meetings

What we are looking for

• An experienced Site Manager with strong commercial knowledge of the building industry
• Educated to 3rd level in a related discipline and Gold / Platinum CSR or equivalent qualification
• Sound level of IT literacy
