About the Role

Working within OU Validation Partnerships (OUVP), the Partnerships Administrator will report to the Validation Support Manager and provide comprehensive administrative and project support to the Senior Manager Partnerships and Manager Partnerships in the management and oversight of the Universitys collaborative partnerships across Further and Higher Education. You will contribute to the review, enhancement and implementation of processes that assure the quality and standards of the Universitys non-validated taught Curriculum Partnerships, as well as provide administrative support for processes relating to the approval and review of both potential and existing validated partners.

Flexible working

Hours

This is a part time postion of 20 hours per week, preferably worked across five days, although four days will be considered. The role is required to cover mornings, with a latest start time of 9.30am.

We are open to discussions about flexible working. Whether its a job share, part time, compressed hours or another working arrangement. Please reach out to us to discuss what works best for you.

Work location
It is anticipated that a hybrid working pattern can be adopted for this role, where you can work from home and the office. However, as this role is contractually aligned to our Milton Keynes office it is expected that some attendance in the office will be required when necessary and in response to business needs. Wed expect this to be approximately once per week on a Wednesday.
