About The Team & Role
We are looking for a motivated and detailfocused Commissioning Officer (Data Lead) to support the effective delivery and monitoring of the Crisis and Resilience Fund and other commissioned services. You will play a key role in using data and insight to inform decisionmaking, track performance and ensure value for money across commissioned activity.
You will support the team with daytoday commissioning and datarelated tasks, including:
Collecting, analysing and presenting data to support commissioning decisions.
Managing and maintaining accurate performance, contract and financial records.
Supporting budget monitoring, forecasting and spend tracking.
Producing reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
Liaising with providers and partners to gather performance and outcomes data.
Supporting compliance, quality assurance and audit requirements.
Were looking for someone who:
Has excellent organisational and communication skills.
Has a keen eye for detail and is confident working with data and financial information.
Has experience of managing or monitoring budgets and using data to track performance.
Is confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, MS Teams and SharePoint.
Can work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team to deliver highquality services.
Experience in a commissioning, data, finance or public sector environment is desirable but not essential.
