This role requires flexibility to cover a range of shifts from daytime, evenings and weekends.

Please note must be 18 years or over due to keyholding duties

In this role, youll be right at the heart of it, supporting your Store Manager, keeping the team motivated, and making sure every customer leaves with exactly what they came in for (and a smile to go with it). When your Store Managers away, youll step up and keep things running smoothly with confidence and care.

Main Responsibilities

Youll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the storecreating great customer experiences and driving commercial success. Youll lead by example, showing what great service looks like and bringing the cardfactory Way to life. Along the way, youll help others grow while continuing to build your own skills. With your energy and commercial know-how, youll drive store initiatives, keep communication flowing, and create a positive, inclusive vibe. And by keeping an eye on the numbers, youll help make sure everythings running smoothly, and the team is thriving.
