This is a *London* Hybrid based role with an excellent immediate start within a Public Sector organisation working on *Leading the operational management of knowledge and information systems*

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Knowledge Systems Manager to join a high-profile organisation delivering critical knowledge, systems, and information management support across a complex operational environment.

This role will take ownership of key knowledge systems and management information tools, ensuring they remain effective, reliable, and aligned to business priorities. You will play a central role in driving system improvements, supporting operational delivery, and enabling robust data analysis and reporting across the organisation.

The successful candidate will combine strong systems expertise with excellent stakeholder management, project delivery, and analytical capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the operational management of knowledge and information systems
• Drive system improvements and development projects
• Deliver high-quality management information and reporting solutions
• Analyse complex data to support operational and strategic decision-making
• Develop and maintain business-critical systems and tools
• Support information management and knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Work collaboratively across teams to deliver operational priorities
• Provide guidance and support on systems, reporting, and information management matters
• Line management and coordination of team activity where required

Experience Required

• Proven experience managing knowledge, data, or information systems
• Strong background in management information, reporting, and data analysis
• Experience delivering systems or operational improvement projects
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Previous line management experience desirable
• Experience working within large, complex organisations is advantageous
