Are you passionate about helping people rebuild relationships, strengthen family connections and create positive futures?

Were looking for a Family Support Practitioner to join our Family Support and Specialist Programmes team at HMP Aylesbury. This is a part-time role (17.5 hours per week), offering a meaningful opportunity to support individuals and families both within the prison setting and in the local community.

In this role, youll help clients and their families build healthier, more stable relationships, while supporting recovery, rehabilitation and long-term positive change. Youll deliver tailored 1:1 support, facilitate group programmes, and work closely with partner agencies to ensure a joined-up, holistic approach.

All prison-based roles are subject to enhanced DBS checks and HMPPS security vetting. These checks can take up to 5 months to complete. Any offer of employment will be conditional upon the successful completion of both checks.
