Artemis Human Capital has partnered with a local law firm who are seeking a skilled and experienced Family and Matrimonial Solicitor to join their thriving team. As a Family and Matrimonial Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of family law matters.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients on family and matrimonial matters.
- Manage a caseload of family law matters from start to finish, including drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and representing clients in court.
- Collaborate with other solicitors and legal professionals to ensure the best possible outcome for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
- Keep up to date with changes in family law and share knowledge with colleagues and clients.
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in family and matrimonial law.
- Excellent knowledge of family law and procedures, with a strong track record of success in managing complex family law cases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
- A commitment to providing high-quality legal services to clients.
