Management Accountant (Fixed Term Contract)

Amplifi Talent are delighted to be partnering with a growing and highly entrepreneurial SME to appoint a Management Accountant within their finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and commercially aware finance professional who is keen to step into a broad, hands-on role within a fast-paced and evolving business environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with monthly management accounts and supporting financial reporting activity
• Management of purchase and sales ledger processes
• Balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and cashflow reporting
• VAT, PAYE and regulatory returns
• Supporting payroll processes and wider finance operations
• Assisting with process improvement and strengthening financial controls
• Working closely with operational stakeholders across the wider business

We are keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:

• Previous management accounting experience
• Strong Excel and systems capability
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A proactive and commercially minded approach
• The ability to work effectively within a fast-moving SME environment

Our client is open to hiring on a fixed term contract basis or on a permanent basis, depending on the requirements of the successful applicant.
