Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties
About the Job
Process supplier invoices accurately using 3-way matching procedures
Support month-end Accounts Payable close within agreed deadlines
Manage the accounts inbox and resolve invoice, PO, contract, and VAT discrepancies
Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve queries promptly
Set up and maintain supplier accounts, ensuring accurate bank and VAT validation
Provide administrative support, including timesheet processing, reporting, and ad hoc finance tasks
