Were recruiting an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead our small Supported Living service in Rotherham.
This is a permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week, with a salary of 34,671 per annum. A full manual UK license and willingnessto drive is required.
You will be a CQC registered manager with strong regulatory knowledge, confident leading in a fast-paced environment. The role involves overseeing the service, and managing the staff team consisting of a Deputy Manager, Team Leaders and Support Workers, and ensuring high-quality, person-centred care.
We support 3 adults with multi-sensory impairments and / or complex needs.
