We're looking for a Support Worker to join our community team in Whitland, Carmarthenshire, providing 1:1 support to a gentleman who is deafblind with hearing, vision and mobility difficulties.

He is passionate about maintaining his independence and loves being out in the community; whether that's visiting the garden centre, going to the shops, or enjoying a game of bowls. Your role is to make those things possible.

This is a permanent role, currently working Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10am3pm; with the exact schedule to be discussed at interview.

Comprehensive training is provided from day one.
