What we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced Senior Programme Manager - Service Design to lead a portfolio of service design programmes that are reshaping Imperial's operating model across multiple business areas. Sitting within the Transformation Team and working in a matrix environment, you will operate at a senior level with visibility across the organisation supporting major initiatives including digital transformation, ERP implementation and campus development
