Our Client is one of the UK’s fastest-growing home and lifestyle retailers, recognised for building one of the UK’s leading TikTok Shop businesses within the Home & Living category. Through creator-led commerce, viral product moments and highly engaged affiliate communities, they have rapidly scaled their social commerce presence, now working with thousands of creators weekly and generating significant affiliate-driven revenue through TikTok Shop.
With ambitious growth targets over the next 12 months, they are now looking for a Social Commerce Manager to take ownership of the creator and affiliate side of the channel and help scale the business further.
The Opportunity
- Take ownership of one of the UK’s fastest-growing TikTok Shop affiliate programmes
- Lead creator and affiliate growth across a highly active social commerce channel
- Build and nurture creator communities across TikTok Shop, affiliate groups and social channels
- Work closely with creators, affiliates and live commerce partners to drive engagement and GMV growth
- Join a fast-paced ecommerce business where social commerce is a major commercial priority
Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard and manage TikTok Shop affiliate creators across both scale and niche communities
- Build strong relationships with creators to drive consistent content output and affiliate performance
- Manage creator communications and engagement across platforms including Lark, email and WhatsApp communities
- Identify high-performing creators and opportunities to scale partnerships and commission structures
- Work closely with merchandising and buying teams to push priority products through creator campaigns
- Support creator gifting, sampling and affiliate activation strategies
- Coordinate with live commerce agency partners to support live shopping activity and promotional campaigns
- Track creator, affiliate and channel performance against key commercial KPIs including GMV and engagement metrics
- Stay ahead of TikTok Shop trends, creator behaviour and affiliate growth opportunities
Your Profile
- Experience within TikTok Shop, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing or social commerce
- Strong understanding of TikTok creator ecosystems and affiliate-led ecommerce growth
- Commercially minded with experience driving engagement, content performance and creator relationships
- Confident managing creators, communities and fast-moving campaigns
- Organised, proactive and comfortable operating within high-growth ecommerce environments
- Passionate about social commerce, creators and emerging TikTok trends
