They are now recruiting for a driven, curious and people-focused Territory Sales Manager to join the Orthopaedic Sports Medicine and Power Tools team in the Edinburgh and Glasgow regions, supporting surgeons and healthcare professionals with cutting-edge products used in shoulder, knee and sports injury procedures.


Their Orthopaedic Sports Medicine and Power Tools division sits at the forefront of arthroscopy and minimally invasive procedures – and they’re growing. You’ll be a key part of the commercial team, building strong relationships across hospitals, theatres and clinics while acting as a product expert in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Driving and exceeding sales growth within your territory through strategic account management
  • Developing and managing relationships with surgeons, theatre teams and key stakeholders
  • Providing in-theatre support and clinical education on Sports Medicine products
  • Delivering product training, workshops and demos
  • Working closely with internal teams to identify opportunities and support new product launches


Requirements:

  • Surgical sales experience; ideally orthopaedics or sports medicine or minimally invasive
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in building professional relationships
  • Commercial awareness with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role
  • A genuine interest in innovation, surgery and improving patient outcomes
  • Full valid driving licence
  • Eligibility documentation to work in the UK
