Key responsibilities include:

- Supplier sourcing & contracting — managing tenders, negotiations, and contract award processes.
- Stakeholder engagement — influencing senior leaders and operational teams to drive alignment.
- Risk & compliance oversight — ensuring supplier performance, governance, and service delivery standards are met.
- Continuous improvement — identifying opportunities to optimise cost, quality, and innovation.
