IFS HCM Consultant
Part-Time
6 Month Contract
IT Works Recruitment are currently supporting a client through the implementation of IFS Cloud and are looking to engage an experienced IFS HCM Consultant on a part-time 6-month contract basis.
This role will play a key part in supporting the successful delivery of the HCM workstream within a wider IFS Cloud transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and configuration of the HCM module within IFS Cloud
- Work closely with HR and project stakeholders to gather requirements and improve business processes
- Assist with workshops, testing, training, and go-live support
- Support data migration and system validation activities
- Provide functional expertise across core HCM processes including employee management, onboarding, absence, and reporting
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle
Required Experience
- Proven experience working with IFS Cloud and IFS Apps 10 Aurena
- Previous experience delivering HCM implementations within IFS environments
- Strong understanding of HR business processes
- Experience working within ERP transformation programmes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently within a project environment
