Account Manager

We’re now looking for a account manager to support our European Tiktok team.
The Role
This is a step-up role with greater ownership and commercial responsibility across our EU social commerce business.. You’ll take the lead on key areas of account management, working closely with senior stakeholders internally and externally. This role is ideal for someone ready to transition from execution into ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and partially own Tiktok EU accounts.
- Build strong, credible relationships with Tiktok teams
- Lead on weekly/monthly performance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities
- Own elements of forecasting, demand planning, and stock management
- Support and contribute to range reviews, JBPs, and commercial negotiations
- Deliver best-in-class execution across launches, promotions, and in-store activity
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams
- Prepare and present commercial updates and performance reports to internal stakeholders
- Support on new business opportunities and international expansion projects
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years’ experience in account management / commercial roles (Amazon/Tiktok focused)
- Strong commercial awareness — understands margin, forecasting, and retail dynamics
- Confident using data to tell a story and influence decisions
- Advanced Excel skills (comfortable with large data sets and reporting)
- Strong communication skills — able to build relationships and challenge where needed
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Ambition to step into a National Account Manager role in the near term
