The hotel features 39 bedrooms of which 18 are suites and is also home to the decadent L’oscar Restaurant and Baptist Bar alongside other more unique function spaces for smaller and larger meetings and events.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Supervisor at L'oscar London, located in Greater London. The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee daily operations, coordinate and manage team members, and ensure customers receive exceptional service. Key responsibilities include managing reservations, maintaining high standards of food and beverage service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and supporting staff training and development.

Qualifications

• Proven Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead and support a team effectively.
• Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to deliver an exceptional experience for guests.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members and engage with guests professionally.
• Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage operations, including menu familiarity and service standards.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic hospitality environment.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining setting is advantageous.
• Passion for hospitality and commitment to upholding high standards of excellence.
